Restorative Yoga

This class is for all levels. Restorative yoga poses can be done using props, with some poses being held for 5-10 minutes. This allows the body to relax more deeply and helps to activate the body's ability to restore itself.

Yin Yoga

This class is for all levels. This is a calm, quiet, slow-paced class. Poses can be done using props and can be held from 2 to 5 minutes in order to support deep stretching.

Guided Meditation

This class is for all levels. Experience gentle movements, journaling, mantras and breathing exercises. This is a class to focus the mind and stay in the present.

Relaxation/Deep Breathing

This class is for all levels. Class includes deep relaxation, pranayama (breathing practices) and meditation. In a world of chaos, experience 60 minutes of calming relaxation.

Monthly Wellness Workshop

This class is for all levels. Experience mindful movements, journaling, breathing exercises and tools for daily life. This is a class that focuses on community and connection.
